FOUR CAST BRASS SHIP/SUBMARINE BADGES, c.1945, for HMS Montclare, HMS Woodbridge Haven, HMS Alaric and HMS Aeneas, all cast in brass, painted and mounted on wood plaques, all approximately 9" excluding the plaque Provenance: Brought to us by the daughter of Chief Petty Officer Frank Rider who served in the Royal Navy aboard HMS Montclare and who produced cast brass ship badges during his time in charge of the ship's foundry. Copies of the provenance and photographs of his time served are provided as part of the lot.
