A DOULTON EARTHENWARE ROSE WATER SPRINKLER AND COVER, c.1880, of swept cylindrical form with high loop handle, painted in pinks, yellow, green and white with flowers on a "sponged" gilt ground within black borders, impressed "Doulton's", diamond registration mark, monogrammed R.S. (possibly R. Seedon), 10 1/2" high N.B. Accompanied by a letter from Royal Doulton suggesting R. Seedon as the artist
