A VICTORIAN WELSH TREEN LOVE SPOON AND FORK, 1882, both with a chip carved inscription "Madam Sybil Margaret Thomas/Born February The 25th 1857/Married: 27 of June 1882" within stylised leaf borders, the spoon with large bird and small goat(?) finial, the fork and palm tree(?) with pierced hanging holes, both 11 3/4" long (Est. plus 24% premium inc. VAT) N.B. For an identical fork see the website of the Museum of Wales, "inscribed wooden fork", this would appear to be the pair to this spoon having the identical bird and goat carving, rather than the "palm tree"
